Membership Renewal

Membership dues are due No Later Than 1 October for the following membership year. This requirement is driven by time-lines and members desires to have their memberships in December. To facilitate this dues need to received by a local lodge No Later Than (NLT) 1 October so they can be forward to the State Lodge NLT 20 October. The State Lodge must ajudicate all membership rosters and forward funds and a 2010 Membership Loss Roster (those who failed to pay on time) to the Grand Lodge NLT 1 November.  The Grand Lodge ajudicates the roster and membership cards are generated and sent to the local lodges normally no later the 5 December.  Local Lodges then disseminate the cards.

Members who fail to pay their dues on time are placed on a suspension roster. This suspension roster generates letters to members who haven't paid.  Should you receive this letter, it is notification that you have been place on the loss roster for failure to pay dues for the coming year. Your membership remains valid until the end of the calender year.

Dues need to be paid to the Secretary No Later Than 1 October each year to preclude from being placed on a loss roster and to facilitate printing of your coming year membership card (Which is a must have, to renew FOP License Tags).
